Your product will be examined. If not used or altered or defective, you can exchange for anything in the store withing 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
In-store purchases :Purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required.
Online purchases : Exchange of all items within 30 days of purchase. Proof of purchase is required. Item receipt and original packaging are required fo exchanging the item.
Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.

Products that have been returned must be in the same condition as they were in when they were delivered to you or purchased in store in their original packaging.

You may cancel your order at any time before it is ready- to pick-up by contacting the store at 1-289-389-9555. If you have already paid the amount, we can only help you out with exchanging the item and not cancellation.
